Bonuses are issued into your account by either entering a coupon code, accepting the bonus after successfully making a deposit or by contacting PokerKing support to claim a bonus. Occasionally we will offer bonuses in excess of 100%. Any bonus offer in excess of 100% can only be claimed in conjunction with a deposit using a valid credit card. Other payment methods will not qualify for a bonus more than 100%. As well, bonus offers in excess of 100% may only be used for wagers on slot games. Players found to be using bonuses in excess of 100% for wagers on any game types other than slots will, at the casino management's discretion, void any winnings and be denied future bonuses in their accounts.

NO DEPOSIT BONUSES

Wagering requirements for no-deposit coupons are 40 times the bonus, unless otherwise stated.

All non-depositing bonuses are by email invitation from PokerKing Casino and its authorized agents only. Any account who redeems a non-deposit bonus, but did not receive the email directly from PokerKing casino, will be subject to forfeit all funds in their account, and this includes any account that has deposited after first winning funds using a non-deposit bonus. Any free money given without requiring a deposit, e.g. a no-deposit bonus, free bonus, loyalty bonus, VIP bonus, vanity card, manager deposit, competition/tournament prizes, compensation bonus, inconvenience bonus, birthday bonus etc. (unless otherwise stated) will have a maximum cash out of $150 given. This rule is also valid when a customer's balance is positive at the time of redeeming the non-deposit bonus. After redeeming the bonus, the rule will only be annulled after the customer's balance has reached $0 again.

Wagering requirements for winnings derived from casino-issued free spins bonuses are 40 times the bonus, unless otherwise stated.

Wagering requirements for deposit bonus coupons are 29 times the sum of the deposit plus the bonus, unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled for each and every deposit bonus used. This rule will only be annulled after the customer's balance has reached $0 again.

If you choose to take advantage of the player bonus programs at PokerKing Casino there are certain restrictions regarding the withdrawal of winnings resulting from wagers placed with bonus funds:

All bonuses have a minimum dollar value of wagers that must be reached before you will be permitted to withdraw. This is referred to as the "wagering requirement"

All wagers on all games qualify 100% towards meeting your minimum wagering requirement. Bonuses are wagered on slot machines only.

Note: The use of bonus credits to place wagers on European Roulette, Progressive Slots and Baccarat are not allowed. Players attempting to place wagers on this game using bonus funds will have any winnings confiscated and their accounts permanently closed. If you deposit $50 into your account you will receive an additional $50 bonus giving you $100 to wager with.

Note: You are not able to accumulate bonuses: Each bonus must be used in its entirety before any additional bonuses can be issued. Players attempting to claim multiple bonuses will forfeit any winnings from their account.

PokerKing Casino reserves the right to deny any player bonuses at their discretion. Management reserves the right to confiscate all winnings if an individual uses bonus funds to play a game that is excluded from any promotion.

• Bonuses are not available to players residing in the following countries: Australia, Denmark, Israel, United Kingdom, Greece, Ireland, India, Lebanon, Romania, Poland.
• Multiple registrations will be viewed as promotional abuse and will automatically void all winnings and result in all accounts being closed
• All withdrawals will be subject to audit by the Casino. The Casino reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and any winnings and/or close an account in a situation of abuse (betting the entire or the majority of your account balance, where the majority of that balance is made up of bonus balance, any irregular playing patterns e.g. playing for deliberate minimum risk - equal, zero margin bets or hedge betting) or fraud. Behavior as such shall be considered irregular gaming for bonus playthrough requirement purposes.
• Management will not be obligated to provide a reason for refusing any withdrawal request or be liable for its decision
• Management reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions of its promotions at any time
• The Casino reserves the right to decide in its sole discretion which activities constitute "irregular play" for bonus play-through requirement purposes from time-to-time and to withhold any cash-ins where irregular play has occurred to meet bonus playthrough requirements.
• Any Bonus offer is only permitted once per person, household, family, household address, email address, credit card number or shared computer environment such as a library, workplace, fraternity, university or school. The casino reserves the right to void all winnings and play should this term be disregarded.
• You will be unable to withdraw any amount from your account until you've met the playthrough requirements and played through all funds in the Bonus Account. Winnings on bets from the Bonus Account, after the playthrough requirements have been met, go directly to the Cash Account.
• Players who received a free bonus prior to making their first deposit (i.e. free sign up bonus, free spins or other), will be required to make at least one successful purchase, in order to request a withdrawal of winnings. Once the purchase has been made and approved you will be able to withdraw your winnings and deposit amount.

Note: You may be asked to provide ID documentation such as copies of credit cards, utility bills or driver's license. The request for documentation is done per the requirements of our Maltese Gaming License, payment regulations and in the interest of shielding customers from fraud and theft.

Note: Free bonus that is given prior to first deposit (e.g. free sign up bonus or other), has to be played through within 15 days after signing up. After 15 days any funds derived from the free bonus that have not been played through, will expire and be automatically removed from your account.

Note: The maximum withdraw for any Free Bonus or Free Games is 150 voiding any exceeding funds from the player’s balance.

Note: All free spins offers awarded will have an expiration period of 1 week, unless otherwise mentioned. In case the free spins are not played within 1 week time, they will be automatically canceled and cannot be claimed back.

Note: Jackpots cannot be hit during a free round.

All casino wagers must be placed through the user interface provided by this casino. Any internet wagering through other means, including the use of a "robot" player is strictly forbidden. In the event that use of non-approved client software is detected, the Management reserves the right to invalidate all such wagers retroactively, close the player's account, or take any other appropriate counteraction.
